Meta has launched an AI-powered chatbot assistant for content creators, designed to help them understand what and when to post, and much more. The new tool offers personalized tips and recommendations on how to more effectively grow their presence on Facebook and Instagram.

The “Creator Assistant” feature, now available in the Facebook creator dashboard, allows users to ask questions in the interface and receive analytics based on content trends.
As Meta explains: “Creating great content is only part of a creator’s job. Analyzing performance, figuring out what to post next, and crunching the numbers can make you feel like you need a whole support team. So we built the creator assistant: an AI-powered tool in the dashboard that serves as a personalized creative partner within the Facebook workflow.”
Meta stated that the assistant will be able to analyze content performance and suggest which topics are currently trending, helping to guide the creative process.

The chatbot will also learn from interactions, refining recommendations and improving the accuracy of its suggestions.
“Unlike generic AI tools, the creator assistant understands the specifics of your Facebook presence: your audience, engagement trends, and most effective content. You don’t need to copy statistics or explain your niche – just ask a question and get personalized recommendations,” Facebook said.
Content creation tools today are increasingly focusing on different content formats, including video, where even consumption without sound is important to consider: How to create content for watching without sound on TikTok
This could become a useful tool in the creative process, helping to analyze trends and reduce time spent on research.
However, there is a risk that such recommendations could make content more formulaic, pushing creators to repeat formats that already work.

The idea is that creators should use AI prompts as a foundation, supplementing them with their own creative solutions.
Additional information about trends and analytics can serve as a useful guide for making content decisions.
Starting June 3, the Meta creator assistant will be available to eligible creators in the United States, Canada, and India. Access can be checked through the dashboard in the Facebook mobile app.
Meta stated that it will expand the availability of the service to more content creators and regions in the coming weeks.
